Sodexo is looking for a corporate receptionist to join the Front of House Team at the Glaxo Smith Kline building in Brentford.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact to visitors and callers to the site.

The receptionist will provide a high level of customer service, using initiative and excellent communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have a professional telephone manner and experience delivering excellent customer service, both face to face and over the telephone.

The role includes, answering and managing internal and external calls and resolving customer queries.

You will ensuring all visitors are registered and processed using the visitor management system and use active listening and questioning techniques when in direct contact with customers, always keeping them your number one priority.

The hourly wage is £11.40 for the permanent, full-time position.
