Brentford FC Community Sports Trust has launched new recreational sessions for female footballers to kick-off 2022.

They will run every Wednesday, with the first held last night.

The sessions are completely free and will take place at the new Sports Hub at Gunnersbury Park.

Players of all abilities, aged 16 and over, are welcome to join the one hour kick-about from 7pm to 8pm.

The sessions will be run by the Trust's qualified coaches and focus on helping female players improve their skills.

There will be an opportunity to improve health and fitness as well as to socialise and make new friends.

No prior football experience is needed and the coaches will adapt sessions to suit the group.
