1.Christmas at Kew

Enjoy Christmas this year at Kew Gardens with Its botanical world, twinkling lights and seasonal sounds.

Kew Garden says that Father Christmas will be there and "delicious" independent street food.

2. Hounslow Arts Centre - A Christmas Carol

The Hounslow Arts Centre is presenting a live radio version of Charles Dickens', A Christmas Carol, the tale about Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly man visited by ghosts on Christmas Eve.

Through these spectral encounters, he undergoes a transformation, learning the true meaning of Christmas and the importance of compassion and generosity.

The event is being hosted at Boston Manor House from 5-24 December.

3.London Museum of Water & Steam - Santa at the Museum

Santa is taking a break from his busy schedule to visit the London Museum of Water & Steam! Head over on the 16 and 17 of December.

Meeting in the Museum's shop, attendees will follow Mrs. Claus to find Santa in the museum. During the time with Santa, visitors will sing a song or two, be able to take some pictures and receive a gift.

Tickets must be purchased in advanced and is a children's event so no all-adult bookings.

4.Back in Steam

After two years, the London Museum of Water & Steam is bringing its steam engines "back to life".

The Museum's 96-year-old Lancashire Boiler provided water to millions of Londoners and to celebrate its comeback, the museum parties on 30 and 31 December and on New Year's Day from 10-4pm.
