We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant school in Ealing. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early years education and committed to providing high-quality teaching.

Day to day of the role:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the individual needs of children in EYFS.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Assess and record each child's progress and provide feedback to parents and carers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practice.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to keep up to date with the latest educational strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in teaching EYFS or a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages children's independence and self-confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
