As part of the club's commitment to a sustainable future, the bees are going head-to-head with 80 other football clubs, including Premier League teams, in Planet League.

The cause helps to support the fight against climate change through completing various sustainable activities which allow you to score goals and earn points for your team.

Every day actions such as drinking from a reusable bottle to taking a trip on foot, bike or public transport is a way people can score goals in Planet League.

The Bees are second in the leaderboards for the month of January with 130 goals scored and are tenth in the all time table with 3199 goals.

To score a goal, all you have to do it complete an activity and upload a photo to Planet League.

Planet League will culminate in Green Football Weekend on 2-5 February when clubs will join fans in implementing changes by making their fixtures 'greener games' (this will include when Brentford take on Manchester City at Gtech Community Stadium).

The club will also be releasing a fan survey on sustainability, which will drop ahead of its fixture against Manchester City on 5 February.

Planet League runs from 18 January to 7 February, but registration is open now to represent Brentford by heading over to the Planet League website.
