Two children have been taken to hospital after a three-storey house was damaged by a fire in Chiswick on Wednesday 17th May.

The London Fire Brigade were called at midnight on 17th May after receiving a call about a fire at a three-storey terraced house on Wilkinson Way in Chiswick.

Four fire engines and 25 firefighters from Acton, Chiswick, Ealing, and Hammersmith were called to deal with the fire which caused damage to the ground floor, most of the first floor and some of the second floor of the three-storey building on the end of a terrace.

Two adults and four children were treated for injuries at the scene and two of the children were taken to hospital.

The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental by the London Fire Brigade.
