Kew Gardens is hosting a series of sessions over the summer designed for people to forget their everyday lives and relax their bodies.

The range of activities includes:

  • Summer Cycle: Provides a magical evening exploring Kew Gardens from a new perspective.
  • Temperate House yoga: A one-hour vinyasa flow in the greatest glasshouse in the world.
  • Pilates: Stretch and tone in the Nash Conservatory.
  • Forest bathing: Practice the art of Shinrin-yoku with a mindful, guided walk through the Kew Gardens landscape.
  • Tai chi Exercise your mind and body in the enchanting Mediterranean Garden.
