Jobs in Brentford: Historic riverside pub recruiting new team

By The Editor

26th Aug 2021 | Local News

With thousands of jobs being shed due to the impact of coronavirus, Brentford Nub News will be keeping a lookout for vacancies in the area.

The first batch of jobs we've found are at a riverside pub which is offering a number of roles.

The Apprentice in Isleworth is looking for a chef, deputy manager and team leaders – and they are not looking for experience as training will be provided.

However, they require you to have a great work ethic, sense of humour and the ability to work as a team.

It's a venue steeped in history - the present building dates to the early 18th century and was recorded as a licensed inn by 1731.

The pub overlooks Isleworth Stairs, established in the reign of Henry VIII for the ferry connecting Richmond Palace with the north bank of the Thames.
