High Street fire under investigation

THE cause of a fire at an outbuilding on the High Street in Hounslow is under investigation by the London Fire Brigade and Metropolitan Police.

Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to the blaze, which took place the evening of the 27 August.

The Brigade was called at 8:25pm and the fire was under control by 11pm with fire crews from Heston, Feltham, Twickenham and Southall fire stations at the scene.

A single storey outbuilding was damaged, there were no reports of injuries.
