THE Magpie and Crown Brentford organised a big bank holiday musical extravaganza to raise money and collect food for the Hounslow Community FoodBox.

The event raised over £500 for the charity, which provides emergency food, support and advice for people in the borough of Hounslow.

Visitors rocked out to Fallen Angels Rock Band duo and The Near Death Experience New Summer of Love Tour.

Bank holiday Monday saw four hours of family karaoke, followed by cover band Primary Scream and special guests.

All artists performed for free, with free entry to the venue and visitors asked to donate what they could afford.
