Dispersal order issued in Isleworth after incident involving teenager

Police were called to Wood Lane, Isleworth on Monday

A dispersal order has been issued for a large area of Isleworth after reports of an assault on a teenage boy.

Police were called to Wood Lane, Isleworth at 4.41pm on Monday (29 March).

The London Ambulance Service also attended and a 13-year-old boy was taken to hospital with a facial injury – he has since been discharged.

A male in his teens, has been arrested on suspicion of Grievous Bodily Harm. He was taken to a west London police.

He has been bailed from custody until a date in April.

Enquiries continue.

The dispersal order was put in place from 1pm today (Wednesday) until 10pm on Thursday.

These powers enable officers to direct a person who has engaged/likely to engage in anti-social behaviour, to leave a specified area and not to return for the period of the order.
