You will drive executional excellence in a highly matrixed team including Compliance, Tech, HR, CEO's office, Comms, and business operations. • Support Director of Behavioural Ethics in development, delivery and evaluation of the annual Global Mandatory Learning (GML) programme , and review and updates of The Code and The Code hub.
• Partner with GML Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive executional excellence in a highly matrixed team including HR, Tech, CEO's Office, Compliance and various risk SMEs.
• Manage resourcing, budgeting and interactions with third party vendors.
• Lead delivery of effective internal Compliance programmes including Compliance Academy, LPEC certifications, and capability workshops.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance Global Operations team and SMEs to maintain relevance of Compliance resources on GSK intranet, The Code hub, increasing visibility and use.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management reporting and management of Compliance owned Written Standards.
