If so, then this Compliance Programmes Delivery Manager opportunity is for you!This role will provide operational leadership in delivering enterprise-wide annual Global Mandatory Learning and various Compliance programmes which are essential in driving effective risk management and strong performance underpinned by the GSK Code. You will drive executional excellence in a highly matrixed team including Compliance, Tech, HR, CEO's office, Comms, and business operations. This role will also provide operational support for Enterprise Risk Management and reporting activities leading up to the Risk Oversight and Compliance Council attended by senior leaders including GLT members.We create a place where people can grow, be their best, be safe, and feel welcome, valued and included.   • Support Director of Behavioural Ethics in development, delivery and evaluation of the annual Global Mandatory Learning (GML) programme , and review and updates of The Code and The Code hub.
  • Partner with GML Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive executional excellence in a highly matrixed team including HR, Tech, CEO's Office, Compliance and various risk SMEs.
  • Manage resourcing, budgeting and interactions with third party vendors.
  • Lead delivery of effective internal Compliance programmes including Compliance Academy, LPEC certifications, and capability workshops.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance Global Operations team and SMEs to maintain relevance of Compliance resources on GSK intranet, The Code hub, increasing visibility and use.
  • Support Enterprise Risk Management reporting and management of Compliance owned Written Standards.

  • An interest or previous experience of the application of behavioural science would be a bonus.
