We are looking for dynamic individual with a passion for working collaboratively to deliver best in class customer experience.As the Vaccine Tenders and Digital Experience Manager you will be responsible for managing the supply and delivery of vaccines procured centrally by UK Health Security Agency. You will also be responsible for managing GSK's Paediatric, Travel Health and Flu web-digital presence and leading customer engagement strategy through targeted email campaigns in line with brand strategy.We create a place where people can grow, be their best, be safe, and feel welcome, valued and included. Ensure consistent and reliable supply of vaccines to UKHSA by ensuring that the UK business have the appropriate allocation by leading the supply process and working appropriately with cross functional and supply chain teams.2. Lead regular meetings with the UKHSA to communicate the supply status of critical vaccines and liaise with the GSK Customer Supply Chain on all aspects of vaccine supply to continue to improve delivery to the customer. 3. Support the tenders process for Vaccines procured by UKHSA; leading the tender documentation process and collation of technical information required for tender submissions. 4, In line with brand strategy, lead development and execution of digital engagement plans for web and email channels to drive brand awareness and increase website traffic. This may involve customising, localising, and personalising relevant global brand content in an effective and efficient way, to maximise customer engagement. You are also responsible for the creation of local relevant content if required. This will include:Orchestrating data-driven customer experience user journeys from a content perspective, determining which global or local content is most relevant for each touchpointLeveraging GSK Marketing Operations Centre and if needed, collaborating with external content agencies to create content in an agile manner.Supporting the cross functional matrix team for content approval.Working with 3rd party agencies to place content into channelProviding expertise to the brand team on all aspects of design and performance optimisation of content across web platforms and email engagementsMonitor KPI's and optimise the content usage in the different dashboards to inform data-based decisions to improve content progressively.5. Manage provision of patient information for Paediatric, Travel and Flu portfolio, maintaining the Member of Public pages on GSK Pro (GSK web portal for provision of information about our medicines and vaccines).6. Ensure full compliance of GSK ethical working policy, other GSK policies, health and safety requirements and UK regulatory and ABPI requirements. Why you?   • Strong project management skills, comfortable taking the lead on projects and plans.
  • Digital marketing experience (development, execution, measurement, and optimisation across channels)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong collaborator with ability to work cross functionally.
  • Understanding of the Pharma industry regulations (ABPI Code of Practice)
  • Proficient numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and logical thought process.
  • Able to effectively multi-task and prioritise.
  • Customer focused and champion of customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
  • Business/Marketing Degree/Diploma or equivalent
  • An understanding of or have previously worked in the UK Vaccines environment.
  • Comfortable with creative thinking and problem solving.
  • Highly customer & patient focused.
  • Working experience of Veeva Vault PromoMats (Content Lab)
  • Comfortable delivering in a fast-moving and exciting environment.
