As the Social Media Partnerships & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the teams across Sky Group that manage social media accounts, and for ensuring that all channels are being managed in accordance with Sky policy. What you'll do:
- Increasing awareness of the Group Social Media Policy, and ensuring that regular compliance activities, such as password rotations, user access reviews, and audits are completed on time.
- Providing support to social media teams across Group with queries related to the management of accounts.
- Working with editorial teams to gain visibility of content plans, and highlighting any potential issues to Sky's moderation supplier.
- Onboarding colleagues across Group with access to compliance tools, including the approved password management solution.
- Working with our platform partners to maximise Sky's use of social media, and to resolve any issues related to account access and impersonation.
- Liaising with colleagues from across group to ensure that Sky maintains an accurate record of all accounts.
- Keeping across social media platform trends, product developments, and best practice, and highlighting potential concerns to the Social Media Partnerships & Compliance Lead.
- Developing additional guidance or process documentation as and when required.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Social Media Strategy Lead.
- Experience working with social media management tools and platform back-end experiences such as Meta Business Manager and Google Analytics.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience of working with external partners and suppliers, including social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with multiple internal and external partners.
- Experience of onboarding colleagues with access to tools, and of rolling out new processes or ways of working.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
