Hello my name is Helena Butler, and I am a local artist specialising in views of Brentford, since moving to this area eight years ago I have become very fond of it and all it has to offer.

I celebrate Brentford in paint by featuring the Great West Road, the canal and the Thames.

It was suggested to me that another important part of Brentford was the football, so I am showing a painting entitled 'just a Bus Stop In Hounslow ' which features a bus stop ( no surprises there ! ) and the motorway.

My show is taking place throughout the whole month of April at Motherrugger ( a delightful new shop and gallery ) at 4, Bradshaw Yard TW8 8GB, in the new development.
