A pair of goals in second half injury time saw Brentford B exit the London Senior Cup at the quarter-final stage following a 3-1 defeat against Hendon.
J'Neil Bennett opened the scoring for the young Bees from the spot shortly after the start of the second half following an even opening half.
Hendon then struck back with three unanswered goals from Shaun Lucien and a brace from Niko Muir seeing Hendon come from behind to win.
This defeat sees Brentford's efforts to retain the trophy they won on penalties against Hendon last season come to an end, with the non-league side having now exacted their revenge.
The hosts did well to shut Brentford down during the first half, and with chances at a premium Charlie Farr looked to pick out Nathan Young-Coombes at the back post with a fierce cross, but the man who spent the opening part of the season on loan at AFC Wimbledon couldn't quite on the end of the delivery.
The Southern League Premier South outfit had an early chance of their own as Guri Demuria found himself in space after coming out from the back and shot from range and forced Vincent Angellini into a good save to push the ball to safety.
Hendon came back again when Muir saw his shot from inside the area parried by Angellini before Solomon Sambou followed up and struck the outside of the post.
Ten minutes into the second half Brentford managed to clear a corner and Tony Yogane motored away from his own penalty box, he played a pass to Young-Coombes ahead of him and he was brought down as he entered the penalty area, Bennett struck the resulting penalty confidently into the top corner.
The hosts then got back on level terms after 68 minutes when Muir had his shot deflected back to him off of Max Dickov, but he dispatched the follow-up low into the bottom corner.
The Bees nearly got their noses back in front when Dickov got forward from the back and thought he had tucked away a shot from close range, but Josh Dawodu managed to get back and scramble the ball off the line.
With penalties looming large, Simeon Olarerin dug out a cross to the back post and found Diedhiou, he headed the ball back into the middle for Muir to send into the net for his second of the evening.
As Brentford pushed for an equaliser, Hendon extended their advantage when Lucien was left alone in the box and he stroked the ball into the bottom corner to rubber stamp the victory.
