Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is giving young footballers the chance to earn a place in its Post 16 programme next month.

The club says: "Want the opportunity to develop your footballing skills and play competitive matches whilst studying? With our Post 16 boys football and education programme, you can do just that.

"Train under our highly qualified coaches at our state-of-the-art facility at the new Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub and play matches in the EFL's prestigious Community & Education Football Alliance competition."

Brentford's A, B and C teams compete in the Community & Education Football Alliance League in the South East 1, 2 and 3 Division.

The Community & Education Football Alliance (CEFA) is a football competition run for EFL Club Community Organisations, featuring teams representing Premier League and EFL Clubs across the country.

Whilst playing football, the Post 16 football and education programme will give boys the chance to study A-Level or a BTEC with Gumley School, William Perkin, Elthorne Park High School, Uxbridge High School, Chiswick School or West Thames College.

The trial takes place on Wednesday, 14 February from 10am-12pm at Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub – Popes Ln, London W3 8LQ and it's free to participate.
