Thursday: Axis Mvndi – Cosmic Radio Sculptures

Axis Mvndi is a device that sends radio waves in space in order to draw shapes at a cosmic scale. By playing on the movement of a dish antenna, ancient cosmological models are materialized into space and become autonomous shapes in infinite movement.

The installation is centered around a motorized 2m parabolic dish antenna. This antenna is rotating continuously, broadcasting waves in the desired direction to achieve the drawing of a cosmological form.

Friday: Live music at The Lord Nelson

An evening of live music from Tony Bowen at The Lord Nelson.

Saturday: Trains, Trains, Trains at the London Museum of Water & Steam

All aboard! Next stop is half term fun at the London Museum of Water & Steam. Wonderful train themed activities including storytelling, crafts, model railways every day.

Sunday: When Flowers Dream

An ethereal exhibition by internationally-renowned artist Tanya Schultz (a.k.a. Pip & Pop) hosted at the Shirley Sherwood Gallery of Botanical Art in Kew.

When Flowers Dream showcases an eclectic mix of vibrant artworks made from everyday materials such as sugar, candy, and assorted craft materials.

Don't miss the bespoke installation for Kew; an imaginary landscape filled with foods of the future, created in collaboration with Kew scientists.
