Brentford station has seen a massive drop in commuters
Brentford station has seen a massive drop in commuters

It's already February and the country is still in lockdown which means few people are commuting.

Brentford is a major commuter hub with train services to Waterloo.

But few people are working in the office. We asked you whether you are missing your daily commute or are you enjoying working from home?

Here are a few of your comments:

"I do miss the commute. At first it was a novelty working from home, but now I'm just sick of my living room."

"Don't miss it one jot. Saving a lot of money on monthly ticket, getting more work done and clocking off without dreading getting onto a packed train."

"Love to go into the office for a few days but would not want to return to the everyday grind of packed and late trains."

"It's Ok if you have a big house. But many people in Brentford live in flats. Not so good."

"Used to love my commute. Got loads of reading done. Miss seeing other people."

"Nice to spend more time in Brentford and give my money to local, independent businesses rather than the big corporates in town."
