Watermans is to host an exhibition of street photography taken in Brentford, each with its own story to tell.

The photographs are themed around 'reducing Brentford to basic shapes' where the use of shapes in every photograph provides a striking and unusual vision of Brentford today.

The pictures were taken by people at the Hounslow Adult Education class, including students, local photographers of all ages and backgrounds who formed Better Pictures as an informal and friendly way of continuing to improve their photographic skills.

Better Pictures' photographers meet regularly to improve their skills.

Watermans said: "The works in this exhibition convey the fun and enjoyment of photography shared by the group.

"The pictures displayed here represent this year's theme of a changing landscape in Brentford."

Many of the Better Pictures photographers have had their pictures presented in public exhibitions and some have even won awards for their work.

The exhibition opens at Watermans on November 25 and is free.
