During 25 October and 28 October Watermans Art Centre is putting on Snug, an immersive, multi-sensory experience for children aged 0 to 4 by Slot Machine Theatre.

Snug is a fully immersive show where audiences enter a space of real trees, hills, vistas, and sound instantly transporting them to a forest, surrounded by textures and smells of a natural woodland.

Watermans and Slot Machine Theatre invite children and their families to come and explore a "wonderful" winter forest and help hedgehog hero and their friends find somewhere warm to sleep.

The show is on four times a day with 15-minute performances.

Emma Dolan, producer with Slot Machine Theatre commented: "Snug is perfect for tiny children who don't really have speech and language yet and for children who don't have English as a first language"

Head of Children and Families programming, Hakan Silahsizoglu added: "Watermans aims to introduce children to the very best theatre, dance and performance and our mission is to create a life-long passion for arts and culture.

"Many of the companies Watermans works with happen to be from outside the UK and are leading the way in terms of they way they use performance and storytelling to entertain and inspire, enriching our culture."
