Police are appealing for witnesses following the death of an 86-year-old man in Hanwell on Sunday 15th January. 

Police and the London Ambulance Service were called to Greatdown Road in Hanwell around 5:47pm after reports of an injured person in the street. 

An 86-year-old man was found to have suffered multiple injuries and was taken to hospital, where he would later pass away on Monday 23rd January, his next of kin have been informed. 

The cause of his injuries has not yet been determined and police are requesting help from any witnesses to help them with their ongoing enquiries. 

Officers are asking any drivers in this area from the 15th January to check any dashcam footage and any other witnesses to the incident to contact 101 and quote 4961/15JAN23.
