Online cooking sessions have started again with Sara Ward every Thursday.

Sara's sessions have been hugely popular during lockdown as people eat at home.

The sessions give people a chance to learn new cooking skills and make use of food they have in their cupboard.

This week's session at 10am will show you how to make vegetable soup.
