Gunnersbury Park Museum's new 'Set to Stun' exhibition arrives following a successful crowdfunding campaign with Art Fund's Art Happens.

Raising over £16,000 from community donations, this is the first major exhibition the museum has hosted since gaining NPO status last year.

West London has been home to workshops and design studios helping to visualise out-of-this-world adventures for some of the country's beloved sci-fi films and TV shows for nearly half a century.

Exhibition visitors will be able to enjoy an engaging and interactive showcase of the sets, costumes, prosthetics, props, and artistic visualisations.

Professor James Knowles, Chair of the Gunnersbury Museum and Park Development Trust said: "Science fiction on screen has thrilled audiences for 100 years.

"West London has played an essential part in creating these iconic stories, characters and worlds, and we're delighted to tell its story in our most ambitious exhibition to date. We can't wait to welcome you to Set to Stun."

The exhibition encompasses informative and engaging content for enthusiasts and fun for families, with workshops for both adults and children.
