Hounslow Council is offering every household in the borough a £20 voucher to boost the high street and support the local economy.
The ShopLocal voucher can be spent at over 220 businesses who have signed up to the initiative so far.
Households will receive a unique individual code via the post towards the end of August and will have until 7 December 2021 to spend the voucher.
The scheme hopes to help the local economy recover from the impacts of Covid and encourage in-person spending, rather than online.
Businesses include cafes, cinemas, restaurants, health and wellbeing organisations and laundrettes.
Cllr Steve Curran, Leader of Hounslow Council, said: "Our communities have faced challenging times in the past 18 months, and we want to do everything possible to uplift our residents and business owners.
"Every household will have the opportunity to explore our fantastic range of shops and venues.
"By shopping locally, we can all do our bit to help Hounslow recover from the pandemic and foster a longer-term culture of supporting our high streets keeping the pound in Hounslow."
Local businesses can still apply to join the initiative for free.
Participating businesses will receive free promotion from the Council and be included on an interactive map to help residents establish where they can spend the voucher.
The interactive map can be found Here.
