GUNNERSBURY Park Museum has reopened its doors to the public following the coronavirus pandemic, albeit with some restrictions.

On Saturday, July 3, the museum opened its doors for the first time to welcome visitors.

Up until last week, only the park itself was open, with visitors not allowed to enter the museum.

But now people can visit the museum from 12pm to 4:30pm Thursday to Sunday, with extended opening times until 8pm on Fridays.

There are a list of events taking place at the Museum, such as a behind the scenes at Ealing Studios exhibition running until July 11 and Ealing Art Group's Summer exhibition on until August 1.

Use of face masks is mandatory while visiting the museum, with the number of visitors restricted in order maintain social distancing.

Some areas of the museum, including the historic kitchens, will remain closed to the public for the time being.

The museum's shop will not accept any cash payments, only card.
