People struggling to make ends meet during the pandemic can apply for help and assistance to buy basics such as food through Hounslow Council.
Residents can apply for assistance and obtain support if they meet the criteria.
Each grant scheme has its own criteria which applicants should review before applying.
You must be a Hounslow resident and be able to provide documentary evidence to confirm your address or have a secured a private tenancy which you can prove.
Councillor Shantanu Rajawat, Cabinet Member for Finance and Corporate Services, said: "If you're struggling to afford the basics, like food and essential supplies, I urge you to apply for one of these grants.
"If you know anyone facing the same predicament, please tell them about these grants so that they can get the support they need as well.
"Residents in Hounslow are doing their best to keep safe during the pandemic, but some individuals and families face the double whammy of financial hardship as the effects of economic downturn hit the borough.
"That's why I can't stress enough how important it is that we get this support to the people who need it.
"There are a number of different avenues for support, including the Local Authority Emergency Assistance Grant, Self-Isolation payments, Discretionary Local Crisis Payments, and the council can also help with white goods and second-hand furniture.
"Apply online or call Hounslow Council's advice line on 0208 5834242."
