Feltham drug dealer given Criminal Behaviour Order

A drug dealer from Feltham has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order for two breaches of a Community Protection Notice (CPN). 

Nicholas Hernandez-Mbang-Ebong, 18 (03/12/2004) of Bergenia House, Bedfont Lane, Feltham was seen by PC Davies on patrol on 3rd March 2023 and he immediately ran from police, which is in breach of his CPN, and he was seen discarding a small item, which was later found to contain herbal cannabis. 

Hernandez-Mbang-Ebong was subsequently arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class B drug (Cannabis), breach of CPN and criminal damage. 

Hernandez-Mbang-Ebong gave a no comment interview after being charged. 

He appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on 21st March 2023 and after pleading guilty to two breaches of his CPN and was issued with a Criminal behaviour Order lasting for 2 years and a £50 fine.
