New Chiswick Cinema finally opens

CHISWICK finally has its very own cinema, the first since 1934.

Last Friday, June 25, was the official opening of The Chiswick Cinema – a name chosen by a Facebook poll.

It occupies the old Ballet Rambert buildings at 94-96 Chiswick High Road.

The new cinema comprises of five screens, a restaurant and private members' restaurant and bar.

It also features a private dining and screening room.

Programming for the luxury cinema includes a mixture of current releases (such as Fast & Furious 9 and Black Widow), family screenings (such as Peter Rabbit 2) and event cinema (such as England's EURO quarter-final clash against Ukraine).

Films will be shown from 8am to midnight on Sundays to Thursdays and from 8am to 1am Fridays and Saturdays.
