Hounslow Council will decide tonight (31 October) whether to approve the budget towards the construction process of Charlton House, Albany House, and Osier Court Estate regeneration project.

Plans for 209 homes, retail space and landscaping in the area were approved in December 2022.

The council says the scheme: "Will deliver highly sustainable, affordable homes together with high quality public realm and landscape for existing and future residents of the estate, which sets the benchmark for the future development in the Borough."

Residents of the estate voted in favour of the redevelopment and planning permission was granted for the regeneration proposals in August 2022.

The estate currently comprises 91 homes, 27 garages and 19 commercial units.

There are 19 surface level parking spaces for residents and 71 public car parking spaces in a 'pay and display' car park.
