It is for children aged between 5 and 16, and living or going to school in Hounslow, Richmond, or Kingston.

All abilities are welcome!

They say: "Come and join The Harlequins Foundation for an action-packed summer of sports fun and games, including competitions, challenges and some very special guests!"

The camps will run from 10am until 2pm Monday to Thursday throughout August.

They are held at a number of locations including Kingsley Academy in Hounslow, Twickenham Stoop Stadium, and the Springwest Academy in Feltham.
