Brentford MP Ruth Cadbury MP has invited local children to send her their designs for her Christmas card.

Ms Cadbury has run a Christmas card competition every year since becoming an MP where local children submit Christmas themed pictures. The winners' artwork then features on her Christmas card.

To enter, drawings can be submitted either virtually to [email protected] or can be posted to Ruth Cadbury MP, House of Commons, Westminster, SW1A 0AA.

The artwork should be the child's own work, and have their name clearly marked on the edge or the back.

Children entering should either live, or attend a school, in the Brentford & Isleworth Parliamentary Constituency.

In a message to local pupils, the MP said: ''We know that Christmas and the run-up to the holidays will be very different this year.

"However, I still wanted to go ahead with my Christmas card competition as I know that children across my constituency enjoy taking part.

"I always love going through all the entries and seeing the amazing drawings and illustrations sent in.

"It's such a tough job to pick a winner for the front of the card plus up to four more for the inside, as I always have so many great entries. I'm already looking forward to them coming in and trying to pick the lucky winners."
