It took 10 play-off attempts but the Bees are now a Premier League club.

Thomas Frank's team beat Swansea conclusively 2-0 at Wembley Stadium in front of their 5,000-plus fans who had been allocated a limited number of tickets due to Covid restrictions.

It means the club is now back in top-flight football for the first time since 1947.

Toney scored an early penalty after a Woodman foul on Mbeumo and Marcondes rounded it off in a superb counter-attack with a second goal.

Swansea's Fulton was shown a straight red card for a foul on Jensen.
