Our top pick for this week is Live Music at the Six Bells pub.

The LGBTQ venue on Brentford High Street recently announced a string of upcoming events to take us into the autumn evenings.

The first is a Live Music session this Friday, 8 October, featuring solo artist Jnay.

This marks the start of their October music events, which include an Open Mike Night on Wednesday, 13 October with Celtic/Folk singer-songwriter Chris Greve.

Live music nights will now be held every at Six Bells on the 1st & 3rd Friday of the month, and every 2nd & 4th Saturday.

The new open mic nights will be on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month.

Future live music this month is on Saturday 16, with performer Erin Bowman, on Friday 22, with Bobby Harvey, and on Saturday 24, with jazz singer Kate Pontes De Freitas.

All the singers for the live music will be playing a mix of upbeat and modern covers with some original songs as well and they are all new to the venue and the area!

With a great selection of gins and a large beer garden to enjoy all year round, punters can enjoy an evening of songs in the heart of Brentford.

The pub is located just opposite Brentford Lock on the River Brent.

Live music will be from 8pm and the open mic will be from 7pm.

Entry is free and bookings can be taken by emailing, [email protected].
