Brentford's head coach Thomas Frank has tested positive for Covid-19, the club has announced.

It said that after a full round of tests conducted at the training ground yesterday, two tests returned positive, including the head coach.

The club has not disclosed who the other person was.

Frank will now isolate at home for 10 days under EFL and Government regulations.

Brentford B Head Coach Neil MacFarlane oversaw first team training today and will be in charge of the team tomorrow when The Bees face Middlesbrough in the Emirates FA Cup.
