A women's only fitness studio in Isleworth announced their new partnership with a domestic abuse charity, in line with their work 'to help women with their confidence and self-esteem'.

The Studio Figura hosted a VIP night at their Isleworth branch on London Road to announce a new partnership with Advance Charity, who support women and girls affected by domestic abuse and violence.

The studio, which offers a 'personal and intimate women-only zone', hopes to help women with their confidence and self-esteem, and wanted to extend this by supporting a charity that also empowers women.

Offering a 'friendly, community driven alternative' to gyms, they hope to offer a non-intimidating environment for women.

Sylwia Sokolowska, owner of Studio Figura Isleworth said she found new confidence at Studio Figura, having struggled with her health after gaining weight.

She now hopes to help other women in the community gain confidence in themselves.

The studio, founded over fifteen years ago in Poland, specialises in low impact treatments that are aimed at reintroducing exercise, or to help with issues such as reduced mobility.

There is a studio Open Weekend this Friday and Saturday (8 and 9 October), where people can visit the centre and learn more about their work.

Find out more about the studio on their website.
