Chloe Logie got her 30th goal of the season as Brentford Women cruised past Sport London E Benfica with a 6-1 win.

It was all square at the break after Sophie Troth gave the Bees an early lead that was levelled by Liz Ashcroft shortly after.

Brentford ran rampant in the second half as Logie got a quick-fire hat-trick, Jodie Reid added her first of the season before the 18-year-old got her fourth.

It was a perfect Sunday for Brentford as alongside their dominant victory, they went back to the summit of the L&SEWFL Division One North table.

It took just four minutes for the Bees to take the lead as a fine ball from Nikki Saunders found Troth and she tucked the ball beyond the goalkeeper.

The lead did not last long when Ashcroft raced in behind and managed to slot a finish beyond the dive of Freya Worsley to level the scores.

Saunders could have given Brentford the lead right before the break after she got beyond the Benfica defender and let fly, but her effort was saved by Jess Wadey.

Brentford were even quicker out of the gate in the second half, just two minutes had elapsed after the restart when Logie delightfully finessed her shot into the top corner from the edge of the area.

Two became three six minutes later when Regan Graver drove out from the back and then slipped Logie away and her shot proved too powerful to be denied despite Wadey getting a strong hand on it.

A ten-minute hat-trick was sealed as Logie showed off her poacher's instinct when she converted from close range as Brentford were showing themselves to be uncontainable in attack.

Reid then got on the scoresheet for the first time this season when she spotted the Benfica goalkeeper off her line and clipped the ball over her from wide on the left.

There was still time for Logie to get a fourth goal four minutes from time as she got on the end of a cross from Nicole Goolab and diverted it into the back of the net.
