Orla McComb scored on her Brentford Women debut to snatch a 1-0 win at the death against Hackney Women.
The Bees controlled possession in the first half but struggled to find openings in a well drilled Hackney rear guard.
McComb came off the bench to score in the 87th minute meaning it was the second consecutive week that Brentford required a last gasp goal to secure a result.
Karleigh Osborne's team are now four games unbeaten across all competitions and after Dulwich Hamlet Reserves fell against Watford Development, they move up to second in LSE Division One North.
Brentford were on top from the jump but were lacking sharpness in the final third to create anything more than half chances as Demi Edwards and Kirsty Matthews both took aim from outside the box but lacked the venom in their strikes to truly trouble Naomi Gross between the sticks for Hackney.
The closest they came in the opening period was naturally through Logie as Edwards played her in behind the Hackney defence and she lobbed Gross but couldn't keep her effort on target.
Hackney did have the one opportunity in the first half as Lizzie Tucker engineered space in the Brentford box and got off a shot off but Lilly Hardrava didn't have to move to keep it out.
The Bees were slow out of the blocks after the break and Hackney had another chance early in the half when Amy Nicholson called the reactions of Hardrava into action as she shot from ten yards out, only for the goalkeeper to spectacularly deny her.
Before ten minutes were on the clock in the second half Brentford went close as a slick passing move saw Chloe Webb slip the ball into Logie, who laid it back for Edwards but she failed to keep her shot down.
Nikki Saunders beat Tash Hippolyte all ends up down the left and flashed a shot goalward but Gross tipped it against the post, but rebound came out to Matthews and the 'keeper got up quickly to prevent the follow up making the net bulge.
The goal took its time to arrive but with the clock winding down it finally arrived as Jodie Reed whipped a free-kick from the right to the far post when Regan Graver nudged it into the path of McComb to make the decisive impact on her Brentford debut.
