Brentford Women will play at the Gtech Community Stadium for the first time when they face Watford Development next month.
The game will be the first time that the women's side have ever played a match at the men's stadium and tickets are free as the team looks to set an attendance record.
The Bees will be playing their London South East Regional Women's Football League Division One North fixture against Watford Development on 13th November and as yet the South Stand will be opened up to accommodate fans.
Brentford FC Chief Executive Jon Varney said in a release on the club website: "Following the England Lionesses' recent success in the UEFA Women's EURO, the women's game in this country is at an all-time high.
"At Brentford, we were proud to play our part hosting four games in that tournament and we want to continue that by putting more focus on Brentford's women's teams.
"Playing at the Gtech Community Stadium will be an amazing experience for the team and a great way to show how important they are to the Club.
"We want our women's teams to continue to grow and progress and I believe an opportunity like this is a great way to help them do that.
"I hope that our supporters take advantage of the free tickets for this game and bring along all their friends and family to enjoy a great match and atmosphere and really get behind the women's team."
The Gtech Community Stadium hosted four games at last summer's UEFA Women's European Championship, including a quarter-final in which eventual finalists Germany beat Austria 2-0.
Amy Crooks, General Manager of Brentford's women's teams said: "An event like this will only help the growth of the women's game, helping to inspire more young women and girls locally to get involved in football.
"I am so excited and incredibly proud that we have been given the chance to showcase the First Team at the Gtech Community Stadium and to do it in front of what hopefully will be a record crowd is such a thrilling prospect."
First team manager Karleigh Osborne added: "I am really looking forward to being in the dugout at the Gtech. I know for the girls it's going to be a massive occasion and they will be looking forward to putting on a show for the fans.
"It's great that the Club are fully behind us and are pushing our team to be playing at the highest possible level.
"We've had some great experiences playing for Brentford already, including playing at Griffin Park and having more than 1,000 supporters down at Bedfont Sports Club last season but this game takes us to another level and will help us to retain our players and give them the support they need for future success."
