THE property market is now getting back to full swing after a difficult 15 months for everyone.
Buyers are rushing to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday, which partly comes to an end at the end of this month.
At the same time, apartments are increasing in popularity after a tough year, which included the cladding saga.
A recent completion saw an apartment in Moorings House on Tallow Road sell for £950,000, a price that hasn't been achieved for an apartment in Brentford since October 2019.
Lettings activity is also picking up, with many relocation agents and larger corporations wanting to house their top level executive staff in the area.
That is a very positive sign that international businesses believe London is still the place to be.
Thorgills Director, Ben Madden, is here to tell us more with the Brentford property market update for May.
