A former Brentford takeaway has been put on the property market, and is now available for purchase.

A former Brentford takeaway has been put on the property market, and is now available for purchase.

The former Happy Valley unit on Brook Road South is being marketed by The Agency Group for £450,000.

The estate agents call the property a "A rare investment opportunity in the heart of Brentford."

The former Chinese takeaway is opposite The Griffin pub in on Brook Road South (credit: Cesar Medina).

It adds: "The property comprises of a ground floor commercial premises with a flat above.

"The building extends over a basement and it's envisaged that the site could be redeveloped into a four bedroom family home."

The Agency Group says that the property can be converted into a four bedroom home (credit: The Agency Group).

Currently the unit remains vacant, with the windows being covered by an England flag, cardboard and paper.

On Google, the takeaway had over 50 reviews with an average rating of 3.7 stars before closing.
