Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is pleased to introduce its new Work Experience Scheme open to all young people in Years 10 to 13.

Each placement lasts one week and are offering Spring and Summer placements too.

It will give young people insights into the work carried out at the Trust, a chance to learn new skills through workshops and more.

The work experience placements are split across three distinct areas of work:

  • Office-based departments - Leadership/Marketing and Comms/Finance
  • Delivery-based departments - Health and Youth Work
  • Delivery-based departments - Multi-Sports and Football

Work experience attendees will receive support from various BFC CST teams, coordinating sessions, tasks, and projects aligned with your aspirations and chosen pathway.

They will also benefit from guidance for their future aspirations, including career advice, goal planning, and assistance with CV writing and interview preparation.
