Watermans is West London's arts centre and is open Wednesday to Sunday. See great films, live shows and exhibitions and discuss it all at the Guru, its unique bar and restaurant serving the best in drink, snacks and Indian dishes. In the cinema, take advantage of Wild Wednesdays – all cinema tickets £7 – all day on Wednesdays.

Hapless family man Paul Matthews (Nicolas Cage) finds his life turned upside down when millions of strangers suddenly start seeing him in their dreams.
But when his night time appearances take a nightmarish turn, Paul is forced to navigate his newfound stardom, in this wickedly entertaining comedy from writer-director Kristoffer Borgli (Sick of Myself) and producer Ari Aster.

Estibaliz Urresola’s delicate debut feature 20,000 Species of Bees – for which its young star Sofía Otero won the Silver Bear for Best Leading Performance at 2022’s Berlin Film Festival – is a tender, heartfelt drama about an eight-year-old’s indelible summer holiday of self-discovery.

French Impressions Special - Lost Illusions (15) - Part of the 31st French Film Festival UK 2023 - Sat 11 November, film talk 1pm; film screening at 2.30pm
This is a UK premiere of Lost Illusions based on a Honoré de Balzac novel. A young poet living in the 19th century France leaves his family's printing business to pursue his dreams as a writer in Paris.
Jon Davies will show extracts from significant French films that have mined French literature, as background to this prize-winning film.
Skylight (15) - National Theatre Live - Thur 16 November, 7pm. 163 minutes one interval) - Captured live from Wyndham’s Theatre in London’s West End in 2014 - Written by David Hare and Directed by Stephen Daldry
Skylight returns to the big screen after nearly ten years. Bill Nighy (Living) and Carey Mulligan (Promising Young Woman) feature in the critically acclaimed revival of David Hare’s play, directed by Stephen Daldry (The Audience).
