The company has launched a major marketing campaign for the flats which will be available to move into in winter 2022.

One-beds are going for £450,000, two-beds £635,000 and three-beds £815,000.

The marketing brochure says: "Inside and throughout, these are spaces made for living, with accessories of beauty and function, natural material accents and a contemporary modern aesthetic that sets a canvas for personal touches.

"Exterior signatures of wood and iron are carried through to the floor, fabric and details of the build, where refined textures echo Brentford's industrial heritage.

"Clean lines and contemporary framing bring in and maximise the light that bathes each living space, as a canopy of green stretches out before you overlooking iconic parks and gardens."

The site is currently under construction and will include, retail, leisure and café and restaurant facilities.
