UPDATE: Son charged with Hounslow murder of Jacek Staszczyk

The son of 48-year-old Jacek Staszczyk was charged yesterday with his father's murder.

Mateusz Staszczyk, 25, of Great South West Road, Hounslow was charged by investigating detectives on Thursday, 16 December with the murder of Jacek Staszczyk.

He will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday, 17 December.

Detectives launched a murder investigation after a man died after he was found with stab wounds on Monday, 13 December at a property on Chatsworth Crescent in Hounslow.

Detectives from the Specialist Crime Command are investigating.
