Adult cycling training sessions will be held at Jersey Road, Osterley Park, Isleworth on Saturday (October 3).

The sessions help people who may be nervous about road safety or regular cyclists who want to brush up on their road skills.

Qualified instructors tailor the cycle training sessions to suit an individual's needs and up to two free two-hour sessions are on offer.

People must live, work or study in Hounslow, be over 16 and pay a refundable £5 deposit.

Cyclists can just turn up to the session between 10am and mid-day. Social distancing rules will apply.
