A second lockdown is now in place with all bars, restaurants and other non-essential shops closed but some businesses in Brentford are offering takeaway services.

In the high street, Morrisons and Costcutters are the main food outlets that will be remaining open as normal.

Smaller coffee shops are offering takeaway services, including Element Coffee in Northfield Avenue.

The café will be staying open throughout the lockdown period, serving takeaway hot drinks and food as well as selling retail coffee hand-roasted on the premises.

The service will be offered Monday to Friday, 8am - 2pm and Saturdays 9am - 3pm

Boston Sandwich Bar in Boston Manor Road is still open for takeaways only between 7am-2pm.
