Property prices have soared in Brentford in recent years

Brentford is seeing an influx of new developments and with the town centre being redeveloped, property prices are set to rocket.

The town used to be one of the more affordable areas of west London to buy a home but now it is competing with Chiswick and Ealing.

Figures supplied by Zoopla show which are the most expensive streets to live in in Brentford with average property prices in each one.

The most expensive five are:

The Butts - £1,341,062

Kew Bridge Road - £882,085

Boston Gardens - £764,593

Somerset Road - £743,989

The Ride – 703,353
