Emergency accommodation is being opened up for rough sleepers as Brentford braces itself for an extremely chilly night.
Temperatures are forecast to drop to -8C overnight into Thursday.
When the weather is forecast to fall below freezing for three consecutive nights, the Severe Weather Emergency Provision is activated.
This means extra beds will be found by councils and homeless charities to shelter rough sleepers from the cold.
If you see a rough sleeper, you can tell Street Link here and their outreach team will aim to move them into a safe, warm bed for the night.
The Mayor of London's press office said: "With freezing temperatures and snow forecast all week the Mayor has extended his Severe Weather Emergency Provision to protect homeless Londoners from the cold.
"Help homeless young people this winter by backing the Mayor's campaign here."
