One common piece of graffiti has the words 'Clever S*** - we found one on the Beehive pub in the high street and a number of others on properties further along the high street towards McDonalds, suggesting the same person is responsible.

Other graffiti has been found on the Ballymore boarding around the new development and on a hoarding next to St Lawrence's Church in Augustus Close.

Hounslow Highways is responsible for the removal of graffiti if it is visible from the surface of any building, wall, fence or other structure.

Where graffiti has been placed on sites that have been specifically authorised by the council, such as graffiti walls and authorised murals, these will be excluded.

If you notice graffiti or fly-posting you can report it to using an online form.

Hounslow Highways says it will try to remove non-offensive graffiti within seven days.

If it is considered offensive it will be removed within 24 hours.
